Scoutcraft & Climbing

Scoutcraft is an area dedicated to important Scout skills, such as knot-tying, fire building, pioneering, camping, and climbing.

Scoutcraft area has a playground and obstacle course built entirely out of trees and poles, lashed together by the staff with the use of their Scouting-learned pioneering skills.
Every Scout gets at least one opportunity to climb the four-sided, 22-foot tall Climbing Tower. During Open Program, they can come back to challenge themselves again, and try climbing one of the more difficult sides.
Several Activity Badges are offered in Scoutcraft, including Engineer, Outdoorsman, and Athlete, among others.
