Learn about nature and the north woods with the Navajo Ecology staff!
  • Ecology offers several Activity Badges, including Forester, Geologist, and Naturalist.
  • The Ecology area features a gorgeous nature trail, which takes campers through the woods and prairie, and overlooks both the lake and a marsh.
  • Scouts can feel free to stop by anytime, to check out the turtle pen, talk to the staff, learn more about their favorite nature-related subjects, or even earn some conservation service hours.
  • Ecology also features a weather rock—one of the oldest forms of weather forecasting in existence.
