Camp Deposit Payments
A $25 per Scout deposit is due on April 15, 2011. Please download the April 15th Billing Form and send in your camp deposits.
Online Summer Camp Management System – submit plans online
- The troop roster, equipment planner, limited space merit badge planning form, and C.O.P.E.
registration form can be completed online through the Summer Camp Management System located here: https://www.northernstarbsa.org/scms/.
The limited space merit badge planning form and the C.O.P.E registration from are fill-able PDF documents which need to be completed
then emailed to businessoffice@camptomahawk.org. The contact listed for your unit will have access to SCMS to complete these forms.
Please complete all forms a minimum of two weeks prior to your unit’s arrival at camp.
Medical Forms
Everyone attending camp will need to have a medical form completed prior to arrival. There are 2 health
forms to choose from, please select the one that applies to your situation:
- Health form for any participant of any age staying at camp for 72 hours or longer (doctor's signature required)
- Health form for Webelos Scouts or any participant of any age staying at camp for less than 72 hours (no doctor's signature required)
(needs to have been completed in the past 12 months)
